Cancellations and Refund Policy

If the “Cancellation and Returns” policy outlined above determines that you are entitled to a refund, then the money will be sent to you within five to seven business days after the refund is processed. You are free to cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any cancellation fees for any of the services. In the event that a cancellation or a reduction in the length of the trip is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of pickup, then the following regulations will be enforced:

Refunds and cancellations of bookings

1) The client will be charged 15% of the total cost of the trip if they cancel their reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

2) There will be no refund given if the consumer cancels their order less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

3) The refunds will be provided to the consumer in the form of an electronic transfer to their bank account. There will be no claims for monetary refunds

4) If you need to cancel your reservation over the weekend or during the busy season, you can lose the entire upfront payment.
